Last updated: July 30, 2026
Budlytics (Natural Integrity LLC) respects intellectual-property rights and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”). If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice as described below.
Submitting a Takedown Notice
Your written notice to support@budlytics.app must include:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed;
- identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail (e.g., a URL) for us to locate it;
- your contact information (name, address, phone, email);
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Counter-Notice
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice with the corresponding statutory elements. We may restore the content if the original complainant does not pursue a court order within the time the DMCA allows.
Repeat Infringers
We may disable or terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
Note
Certificate-of-Analysis lab data consists largely of factual test results, which are generally not protected by copyright; this policy nonetheless provides a process for any good-faith claim. (Registering a designated DMCA agent with the U.S. Copyright Office is recommended — confirm with counsel.)
