Delete Your Budlytics Account

You can permanently delete your Budlytics account (operated by Natural Integrity LLC) at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Option 1: Delete from the app

• Open the Budlytics app and sign in.
• Tap the More tab, then Settings.
• In the Danger zone section, type DELETE in the confirmation box.
• Tap Delete my account, then confirm. Your account is deleted right away.

Want a copy of your data first? Tap Export my data on the same screen before you delete.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app installed, email support@budlytics.app from the email address on your account, with the subject line “Delete my account”. We will confirm the request came from you, delete the account within 30 days, and reply to let you know it’s done.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in email address
• Your profile: display name, bio, and profile picture
• Your favorites and reactions
• Suggestions you submitted

What is kept

• Lab reports (COAs) you contributed. They stay in the public lab-data database, with your account and name removed so they are no longer linked to you. The extracted lab data was donated to the platform when you uploaded it (see our Terms of Service).
• Donation records, if you donated. These are held by our payment processor (Stripe) as required for tax and accounting purposes, and were never linked to your Budlytics account.
• Backups. Deleted data may remain in our encrypted database backups for up to 30 days before it is overwritten.
